Purchasing

By purchasing product from longlivecoal.com, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date).

We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We do not store your credit card information. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Payment

We accept Credit Cards and PayPal. We only ship to the Billing Address of the Credit Card.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped inside of Canada are subject to Government (GST) and respective Provincial Sales Taxes (PST/HST). There is no sales tax charged for all orders shipped outside of Canada. 

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of being received and take about 5-10 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Orders are shipped via Canada Post or FedEx.

Depending on your shipping choice, a confirmation email with a tracking number may be provided once your order is processed.

Returns

Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or refunds on items that are shipped, as we cannot guarantee that the product(s) have not been worn, washed or tampered with. You can contact us if you an issue with your purchase and we will do our best to come a fair and reasonable solution.
